At Random Fashion, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Eligibility for Returns: Customers may request a return within 3 days of receiving their order. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Products showing damage, wear, or alterations will not be accepted. Certain products are excluded for hygiene reasons (see Non-Returnable Items).

How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at contact@randomfashion.shop or call +91 9123103562 within 3 days of delivery. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Refund Process: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you about approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days. Banks and payment providers may take extra time to reflect the amount. Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items: Undergarments, swimwear, intimate apparel, gift cards, digital/downloadable items, clearance/final sale products, and any items returned after the 3-day window are non-returnable and non-refundable.
